Dog Spay or Neuter $20 total
- A deposit of $10 per cat or $20 per dog is required when making an appointment to hold a surgery spot.
- The deposit will cover the entire cost of surgery if you qualify for the Medicaid discount.
- To qualify you must bring the ALABAMA Medicaid card and photo ID to check-in the morning of surgery.
- Regular prices will be shown as due until the discount can be applied IN PERSON at check-in the morning of surgery
- Limit of 2 pets per ALABAMA Medicaid recipient per year for this discount.
- Additional services (vaccines, heartworm test, etc.) are available but NOT required. If you select additional services, payment for those services would be due at check-in.
