Domestic Long Hair / Mixed (long coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Medium
Vicki was found in a vacant home, dehydrated and so very thin. The home had been empty three years but, had finally sold. Vicki was accidentally locked inside as workmen and realtors came and went. Who knows how long she was locked in there. A neighbor had seen Vicki from time to time but then she'd disappear. One day, she saw a realtor shooing Vicki away, and ran to the rescue. Vicki ran right to her! A nice lady took her to the vet. She'd been homeless for quite some time, her fur matted and dirty from living on the streets. The nice lady contacted a friend of Save a Stray. We now have Vicki in a foster home where she is waiting for a good human to adopt her. She's is beautiful and unique, long black fur with soft splotches of brown here and there. As you can see from the video, Vicki is great at giving messages or making biscuits :) Save a Stray pets are in foster homes.
