Domestic Long Hair / Mixed (long coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Medium
Lolly is a one year old long haired spayed female. She likes to nap up against you, but it has to be her idea. Such a diva. She likes to look out windows, too. She's talkative and can carry a conversation all by herself. She knows her name. Say it out loud and she will answer. She likes belly rubs. If you know anything about cats, one touch to the belly and they unleash the claws of fury but not Lolly. She enjoys belly rubs.
Lolly was found shaking, crying and drenched outside an apartment building as a kitten. The maintenance guy said she belonged to a renter who had just moved away. They abandoned her. A sweet neighbor rescued her and contacted Save a Stray. She was a scared little thing who didn't trust humans one bit.
Lolly enjoys having her long fur brushed. When you pick her up, cuddle her against your chest so she feels secure. She has been fostered with dogs, cats, children and a large, ever so loud bird, who scared her silly. She is still a little shy, based on her past experiences, but warms up quickly in a calm household. She plays well with other cats once they get over the initial hissing and posturing that comes with any new cat. All Save a Stray cats are to be kept indoors and are not to be declawed. Most Save a Stray cats/kittens are in foster homes. Some are at Pet Supermarket, open 9-9, Hillcrest at Cottage Hill Rd, next to Publix.
