Cissy is a kitten who is almost big enough to be adopted. Fill out an application to set up a time to meet her. Cissy is energetic and into everything. Her littermate is Olivia. Both were found without a momma cat at two weeks of age. They live with a foster who bottle fed and hand raised them. They follow her around the house.
