FRANK!  This sweet precious angel is a 10 month old pearl grey Shih Tzu. He is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Frank is well on his way to being potty trained and is GREAT with kids and other dogs. His owners have two small children and can't provide him with the time he deserves.  He does well for his grooming and is a great dog.   www.saveastray.org
