FIONA! This little handful is a Mini Pin/Chihuahua mix, female. She's only 12 pounds and full grown. Fiona is heartworm negative, spayed, vaccinated, house and kennel trained. Great with other dogs, cats and children. Loves to snuggle and has a moderate amount of energy. Adoption applications at www.saveastray.org
