Save a Stray was contacted by Mobile City Shelter asking for help with a dog that had been hit by a car. Surgery was needed, the shelter was low on funds, and it looked like Ginger would not need shades for her future. Save a Stray picked Ginger up and accessed her injuries. It was necessary to amputate Ginger's leg. She is glad that painful thing is gone. Now she can get around with no problem. Ginger is a young yellow lab maybe around one year and 6 months old. She loves to play with toys, gets along well with other dogs, is crate trained, and house trained. She is a very loving and sweet girl who is sure to win your heart.
