Roper was tied to a tree and used as target practice!!!  She broke free, the rope keeping her captive slicing her neck.  She was rescued by a neighbor and treated by Save a Stray.  She is a very sweet girl and has healed well.  Can't believe someone could be so cruel to a sweet loving baby!!  Roper is in need of a home to give her the love and attention she so deserves but has never known.
