Are you looking for a dog who is down for pretty much anything and can slide ride in to being one of the family? Meet Slider! He would love a fairly active family as he enjoys a good jog on a leash or roaming the wide open fields of a farm or hunting camp. Slider’s other favorite activities involve all things water as he loves to chase waves at the beach, splash around in a good ankle deep creek, or simply ride the waves aboard a boat. Don’t be fooled by his active nature, because this pup absolutely thinks he is a lap dog and, when given the opportunity, will cuddle on the bed or couch in exchange for some much craved loving. A friendly personality has helped Slider easily make friends with dogs and people alike. He prefers to be around older kids, little kids make him a bit nervous,  and anyone else who will give him any and all attention. You’ll also win major bonus points with him if you add peanut butter and Parmesan cheese to his food, as these are his top favorite add-ons. 

Details: Slider is a 4 year old terrier/schnauzer mix. He has been vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative, dewormed, microchipped, and is on prevention. He is housetrained, knows basic commands like sit, stay, mat (like go to bed), and his name.

This pet has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and is on heartworm and flea prevention.  Adoption fee is $175 if local and $500 if transport is needed.
