Hi, I'm Samson! 

A lady stopped and talked to me one day and asked me if I was a stray. I don't know what that means but she took me to her home and gave me a bath, delicious food, and clean water and told me "we are going to find your family". I thought that she was my family because she took great care of me.

The doctor that checked me out said that I'm about 5-6 years old and in great shape.

He is a very sweet and playful dog. He is very loving, but can be shy initially. He has not been around young children much. He loves to dig and run and he especially loves the water!! Samson is a wonderful dog that gets along well with other dogs. He is crate trained and seems to be house trained.

Save a Stray pets are in foster homes.  Please complete an application at www.saveastray.org to make arrangements to meet our pets.  Out of state meet and greets are conducted via FaceTime.

This pet has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and is on heartworm and flea prevention and has adoption fee of $175 (local) - $500 (depending on transport destination).
