Otts is an all around great dog. He's great with kids and adults as well as other dogs. His foster family doesn't have cats so it's unknown how he'll be with them.

Otts loves to ride in the car and goes to work with his foster mom. He meets everyone happily and ready for petting.

He knows a few basic commands, can use the doggie door, and walks well on a leash.
