Adoption fee of $120 includes spay/neuter, test for FIV & Feline Leukemia, vaccinations (depending on age, may include FVRCPC, rabies & leukemia vaccines), deworming, flea treatment, ear exam, microchip, treatment for parasites.

Kittens grow up quickly.  How would you like to have a kitten all year long?
