~~HELEN! Helen is an 11 week old Maltese at only 2 lbs currently. She is very sweet and does well with other dogs. Helen will need a very special home because she is blind. Helen was born with a birth defect and does not have either of her eyeballs. She still gets around great but will need a home where she will be indoors only and without small children. www.saveastray.org
